Cynnabar Populace

The Barony of Cynnabar is a chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Cynnabar hosts several events and demos throughout the year where we re-create the Middle Ages. In addition to these events we also have regular practices where we teach and learn our skills.

Most activities take place on Thursday evenings at People's Presbyterian Church, 210 Smith St, Milan, MI. Free parking is available at the church.

Anyone is welcome to attend any of our demos, practices or events. Loaner weapons, armor, clothing, music and more are available for newcomers!

    Wassail is our baronial holiday celebration. We will have a potluck dinner and a silent dessert auction. There is no fee for this event, but we do accept donations. Please come dressed in garb. If loaner garb (aka Gold Key) is needed please contact Ceara prior to the event.
