This is an honor, not an award, and is modeled on the Queen's Guard. The title was changed to Princess' Guard in the reign of Brion and Shaheena. All past members of the "Princess' Escort" have been changed to "Princess' Guard". The title was changed back to Princess' Escort by Alfarr and Eilis (Nov. 2015). This honor lasts from the time a member is admitted to the Guard, until the end of the reign.
